Such much the philosophy behind the development of NERF’s new N-Strike Mastodon Mega Blaster, because this thing is big, and it holds a health amount of mega-sized darts. The first ever motorized mega blaster developed by NERF, the Mastodon shoots MEGA Whistler darts out of a 24-round drum, distances of up to 100 ft.

HERA Arms CQR AR Stock And Forward Grip

This unique stock and foregrip combination has been making the rounds across the internet, and to be honest it’s a bit mall ninja-ish, but at the same time it also manages to be really damn cool. Like, I need to make a ‘for fun’ build out of these parts cool. Ghost In The Shell, Shadowrun, cyberpunk cool, if I may be so bold.
The two components are called the CQR Stock and CQR Front Grip, and are the creation of Germany-based HERA Arms, a company which specializes in manufacturing weapons and weapons accessories. Utah-based LAN World is the current importer of HERA Arms components into the USA, and supposedly they’ll be offering the CQR parts in the coming months. I, assuredly like many others, eagerly await their availability.
They’re also making a Commiefornia compliant version, so if you have to neuter your rifle, at least it can be done in relative style.
Adam Savage’s ZF-1 Prop Is Complete
Thursday, October 27th, 2016The Fifth Element is one of my favorite movies of all time, because it’s a love letter to the kind of SciFi stories you’d see in an issue of Metal Hurlant / Heavy Metal magazine, and because it has a great cast, including Gary Oldman’s Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg, and his wonderful multi-purpose armament, the ZF-1 Pod Weapons System.
A weapon so iconic, in fact, that noted prop artist/mythbuster/all around cool guy Adam Savage took a crack at making his own replica, a project years in the making, and I have to say the finished product looks pretty darn great. The original ZF-1 was built around a blank-firing AKS-74U; long story short Adam’s isn’t, but it’s still really cool.

Innovation Factory – Trucker’s Friend Survival Tool

First off, I want to start off with this: ‘Trucker’s Friend’ is a great name for a survival tool. Since that’s now out of the way, here’s the details: the Trucker’s Friend is a multi-purpose survial tool which combines an axe with a good number of additional tools, including but not limited to a hammer; pry bar; wire twist; and grapple hook in a 19.25″ long package, complete with “shock-absorbing PowerGrip” and fiberglass handle. Plus, it’s made in the USA (the city of Industry, CA, to be exact), which I always like to see.

Wednesday, October 19th, 2016From Neca comes this Mego-style 8″ Snake Plissken action figure. Unfortunately, it’s a discontinued item but I was fortunate enough to find one at Trilogy Comics in Va Beach.
The clothing is quite loyal to the ‘Escape from New York’ costume and includes suppressed and scoped MAC-10 along with scoped revolver. There’s even a throwing star and tracker bracelet to keep tabs on the President.
In addition to interchangeable hands, Snake also has his famous tattoo.

Chuck Norris Launches Bottled Water Brand Called CFORCE

Suicide Squad Extended Cut Announcement Trailer
