Wait, no Governor?
The design for the limited edition Blu-ray set for the third season of ‘The Walking Dead’ was revealed. It’s modeled after the Governor’s aquarium of walker heads seen earlier in the season. It comes with five walker heads that can be arranged in any order, and the set can be filled with water and the aquariums light up. The set will be available later this year.
McFarlane Toys is offering this highly-detailed and bad-ass resin statue of the Michonne from ‘The Walking Dead’. The 14.5″ statue is hand signed by series creator Robert Kirkman with a certificate of authenticity signed by Todd McFarlane and details Michonne, katana in hand, mid-combat against two walkers. Limited to 1500 pieces, the statue will be available for sale at noon, EST today, the time of this article’s publication.
What’s better for a post-Christmas post than a post about zombies and Christmas? Funny though, I don’t think this was actually on AMC last night…
Starting February, AMC is going to re-air seasons one and two of ‘The Walking Dead’ in monochrome. If anything else, it’s a nice treat for the fans of the comic, which is done in black and white.

I was totally expecting the zombies to eat the dude anyway after their little song and dance number. Missed opportunity if you ask me.
Vannen has released the ‘Walkers 2.0′ watch, which features imagery from Robert Kirkman’s highly successful graphic novel series ‘The Walking Dead’. It features a 43mm matte white plastic case, 22mm wide, sandwich style strap, and 3 hand Japanese quartz movement; nothing tactical about this watch folks, just something fun to own.
The ‘Walkers 2.0′ is limited to 600 pieces and the packaging is signed by Kirkman so it could be considered a collectable. Also of note is the watch is water resistant up to 10 meters, although Vannen still recommends keeping it away from water.

A number of Gerber blades have shown up on ‘The Walking Dead’, everybody’s favorite Zombie-comic-book-turned-tv-show. I was too absorbed in the story (and Zombie killin’) to notice most of them, which is perfectly fine by me. Of course, now if anyone decides to purchase any of these tools, they’ll surely have ‘As Seen On The Walking Dead’ prominently displayed on the packaging. After that, who knows how long before Gerber does their own line of specialized anti-Zombie blades.
